We are unable to save notes in the staff file. Notes were saved 3 times ‘after’ creating the file and failed to be saved. This has been an ongoing and time consuming issue. No screen shot is available as the notes have gone. Please view the latest file created Dakota Matich


Hi Nicholas: The issue is now open for investigation. Did you try to save notes from the Insert Note section on the right-side of the Staff Profile Page or the Personal Notes section? See Attached image. Within Dakota Matich's profile can I insert some test notes to investigate? Regards PM Support
